Our state of the art fabrication facilities at
Harold G. Butzer, Inc. enable us to meet the most stringent of requirements whether they are schedule related, quality driven or cost sensitive. We perform custom ductwork fabrication ranging from light gauge air distribution systems to heavy gauge industrial ventilation systems. Sheet metal fittings and ductwork can be produced directly from computer produced drawings and downloaded directly to our
plasma cutting tables and automated coil line. The fully automated coil line produces insulated and non-insulated rectangular ductwork ready for field installation. Sealed, air-tight joints are automatically formed, preventing leakage of air from duct systems and increasing efficiency. Our press brakes, rolls and shears enable us to fabricate 26 gauge through 10 gauge stainless steel, aluminum, copper, black iron and galvanized steel.
Our plasma table can accurately reproduce any shape that can be drawn in an AutoCAD format.
Specialty industrial fabrication includes design, layout and fabrication of intricate
ductwork, chutes, hoppers, enclosures, platforms and dust collection systems
to your specific requirements.

Our sheet metal crews are signatory with the Sheet Metal Workers International Association and undergo an apprenticeship typically lasting between four and five years. Our fabricators and installers are also certified in MIG, TIG and stick welding and have completed over 30 hours OSHA training.
